It's been ages since I wrote anything on here, and frankly I got fed up of seeing my whingey journal from when I broke up with my girlfriend.

So... School is finished, waiting for exam results.
This summer I am doing odd jobs for my parents, covering holidays at the bookshop, and putting off my novel by writing Housefics. :D
Dreaming about Hugh Laurie almost every night, thanks to watching House and writing/researching Housefics every spare minute. Sadsadsad. But we love it.
Pain is driving me Ker-Ay-Zee. Painkiller side effects are almost as bad. Like, Gr.
Parties every weekend! Running out of outfits. <3
Birthday soon... Mother has bought me an iPod Touch and it's arrived but she hasn't decided whether I'm allowed it yet... Aaaagh. It's just sitting on the side in the kitchen.

I haven't drawn anything in ages, but I'm writing a lot. I'm fickle. We know this. Hopefully I'll get the urge to draw something soon. Maybe when the Housefic well runs dry?

Have you read The Naked Ape by Desmond Morris? That's the coolest book ever. (you can watch a summary of Desmond's work on [link]. It's called "the human animal")
Also check out videos of Christopher Hitchens, he's even nastier than Dawkins.

Ooh, no, I haven't read that, but I will look for it.

I just finished A Short Histories of Nearly Everything (and I noticed a few inaccuracies) so I've moved onto lighter reading (ie. Jeeves and Wooster...) but I'll look for it. Thanks! x
